This role focuses on prospect engagement, property tours, applications, follow-ups, and resident service while supporting leasing and occupancy goals.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to prospect inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.Conduct property tours and present available apartments, amenities, pricing, and lease terms.Assist prospects with applications and leasing requirements.Support the leasing process through move-in.Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.Assist with renewals, transfers, and resident retention.Provide professional resident service and address leasing questions.Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.Support marketing, outreach, and community leasing activities.Maintain accurate leasing documentation and records.Follow Fair Housing and property-specific requirements.Support leasing, sales, and occupancy goals.Required Qualifications2+ year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.Experience with CRM or property management software preferred.Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred.Spanish proficiency required.Ability to work full-time on a temporary basis.BenefitsHealth insurance.Paid time off.Professional growth and development opportunities.Collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
