Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDay Shift $19/hr - $22/hrNO EDUCATION REQUIREDSCHEDULE: DAY SHIFT - 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM WITH OVERTIME AS NEEDED; CURRENTLY WORKING A ROTATIONAL 10 DAY ON, AND 1 DAY OFFLOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.TOP SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (HIGHLY PREFERRED):MUST BE HONEST, RELIABLE, AND DEPENDABLE1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH TOOLS (TEARING DOWN, CLEANING, REBUILDING)2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A MANUFACTURING SHOP OR A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH MANUAL LABORMUST DEMONSTRATE MECHANICAL APTITUDE IN PREVIOUS ROLESMUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE AND TECH SAVVYCANDIDATES HAVE STABLE WORK TENUREPUNCTUALITY IS VERY IMPORTANT. WE NEED A CANDIDATE WHO WILL SHOW UP TO WORK ON TIME, EVERY DAY (ENSURE THEY ARE VETTED ON ANY ATTENDANCE ISSUES IN THE PAST)JOB SUMMARY: The Downhole Tool Assistant is responsible for the coordination, performance, QAQC, and execution of Fortress processes and procedures related to the Downhole Tool product line. The Downhole Tool Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the Fortress-supplied products meets or exceeds the customer's requirements and maintains the standard of excellence established by Fortress Downhole Tools.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Work closely with customer field representatives to effectively coordinate and execute Cyclops Setting Tool pickup and delivery to customer field locationsWash, tear down & rebuild Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools per the applicable Fortress Work Instructions under strict SupervisionReport all steps of the Fortress Cyclops Recycling Program through iFortress software with supervisionEnsures all necessary equipment and tools are available and adequately maintained to perform all aspects of the jobAssist in delivery and pickup of tools as needed.Maintains the highest level of professionalism and works with honesty and integrityAny other duty, responsibility, or task as assigned by supervisorSKILLS REQUIRED:Downhole tool experienceSelf-motivated and detail orientedAvailable to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operationsExcellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, and operational management skillsWorking knowledge of Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office, and Prophet 21 ERPForklift trainingProficiency with basic hand toolsAbility to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.Clean driving record; CDL is a plus; ability to pass a drug screen and background check\nCompany DescriptionMALEKO PERSONNEL is the leader in specialized industrial, production, and logistics staffing.
