Baptist Health is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Rapid Response team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville (Downtown). This opening is a PRN Nights 7:00 PM-7:00 AM.

\n
Registered Nurse (RN), Rapid Response Responsibilities:
\n
\n
This role is a critical member of the clinical team responsible for monitoring patients for early signs of deterioration, responding promptly to rapid response calls,
\n
Educating nursing staff on recognizing and managing patient decline.
\n
This role ensures patient safety through proactive surveillance and clinical expertise
\n
Assisting the primary RN with admission, discharge and transfers as needed
\n
Completing the admission assessment and skin check for all new admits
\n
\n
\n
Experience Requirements:
\n
\n
3-5 Years Critical Care Experience Required
\n
1-2 years Acute Care Nursing Experience Required
\n
Nursing Education Experience
\n
\n
\n
Education & Credential Requirements:
\n
\n
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
\n
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
\n
Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Preferred
\n
Licensed Registered Nurse Required
\n
NIHHS certification (upon hire/transfer)
\n
Level 1 CPI training (within 90 days of hire/transfer)
\n
\n
\n
