Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and best practices. Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Track sprint progress, team velocity, burn-down charts, and delivery metrics. Identify, manage, and remove impediments that impact team productivity. Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Support release planning, roadmap execution, and dependency management. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality. Ensure Agile governance, standards, and compliance are followed. Assist in resource planning and capacity management. The resource should be able make all the pods follow Agile methodologies and track deliverables. Candidate will be helping with All pods project planning and deliverables.
